Retainer: $4,500/month
3+ pieces per month (mix of any types up to ~$5,500 a la carte value). Priority scheduling. Guaranteed 48h revision turnaround (measured from when you send markups, US Eastern time). ~15% savings vs. one-shot pricing.
This is for you if:
- Your copy has a readership path, a Johnson Box, and an order form
- You need a designer who treats your copy as sacred, not as raw material
- You're a copywriter, publisher, or marketer who measures results in response rate, not likes
- You want press-ready files that go to the printer without questions
This is not for you if:
- You need a logo, a corporate brochure, or brand identity work
- You want the designer to write the copy for you
- Your priority is "make it look modern" rather than "make it convert"
Need a copywriter first? We work with DR copywriters and can make introductions.

How it works
Kickoff
Day 1You send final approved copy + reference materials. We confirm specs, page count, and mail format with your printer.
First layout
Day 2–4Full layout with readership path, headline hierarchy, sidebar callouts, and CTA engineering. Delivered as PDF proof.
Revision 1
Day 5You mark up the PDF. We revise within 24 hours. Copy changes at this stage are fine — we adjust the layout, never the words.
Revision 2

Delivery
Day 7InDesign package + PDF/X-1a. Files go directly to your printer. We stay available for any printer questions.

How it works

Full body layout
Day 6–9Remaining pages, sidebars, testimonial blocks, callouts, order form, and inserts. Complete PDF proof delivered.

How it works
Kickoff
Day 1Both pieces scoped together. We map the reader journey: what do they see in the mail, what do they see when they scan/click.

Revision + delivery
Day 9–10Both pieces revised together to ensure consistency. Full package delivered.

- Everything from the landing page (Figma + HTML/CSS)
- Consistent visual system across both formats
- 2 revision rounds on each piece
What you send us

- All specs (print + digital platform)
- Brand assets and images
Not sure which piece you need?
Start with the free eye-flow audit. Send us what you have — we'll tell you what's working, what's not, and what format makes sense for your goals.
New to direct mail? Tell us about your funnel and your goals. We'll recommend the right first piece and connect you with a DR copywriter if you need one.
Or just tell us about your project. No pitch, no pressure. We'll send you a fixed quote within 24 hours.
All prices are introductory rates. We're building our US portfolio and offering preferred pricing to early clients.
Common Questions
What if I need more than 2 revision rounds?
Additional rounds are $150 each. In practice, most projects finish in 1–2 rounds. We design to brief, not to ego — so there's rarely a need for extensive back-and-forth.
Do you handle printing or just design?
Design only. We deliver press-ready files that go straight to your printer. We're happy to coordinate directly with your print house on specs if needed — no extra charge.
Can you rush a project?
Yes. Rush turnaround (50% faster than standard) is available at +30%. Retainer clients get priority scheduling at no extra cost.
How do I pay?
50% upfront, 50% on delivery. We accept wire transfer (Wise) and PayPal. Retainer clients pay monthly in advance.
What about the copy — do you write it?
No. We're designers, not copywriters. You provide the final approved copy, we build the layout around it. If you need a copywriter, we can introduce you to DR copywriters we trust.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We work revision rounds until you're satisfied. If after all revisions you still feel the work doesn't meet the brief, we'll refund the second payment. We've never had to do this.
