The Process

01 - 5 minutes

Questionnaire & Quote

  • Fill out a form with project details, goals, and required materials
  • We assess the potential ROI and compatibility with our services
  • Receive a detailed quote within 48 hours

Output: Quote + Working Pact + link to full Terms.

02 - 30-45 min

Strategy Call

  • Direct alignment with Davide on goals, tone, and visual strategy
  • Timeline definition and project milestone planning
  • Shared Google Drive folder setup for file exchange

Output: We need the final copy to proceed.

All materials are managed through Google Drive. No WeTransfer, no email attachments.

Design & First Draft

  • Layout creation based on the received copy and agreed strategy
  • Delivery of a commented PDF with the rationale behind every visual choice
  • Every design decision is motivated and linked to conversion goals
Delays in sending copy or feedback automatically shift the delivery timeline.

Revisions

  • 2 revision rounds included: 1 substantial (layout/direction changes) + 1 refinement (typos, colors, micro)
  • You have 7 days to submit feedback after each draft
  • Feedback via commented PDF, Loom video, or bulleted list via email

From round 3: 75 EUR/hour (min 0.5h) or flat 150 EUR per major revision, agreed before proceeding.

Delivery

  • JPG and PDF files ready for print or web
  • Source files: separate sliding-scale license (30% up to 10k EUR, 20% up to 30k, 15% above)
  • Full commercial rights to the finished materials
  • Free follow-up 2 weeks after delivery for minor adjustments
