How much does a well-made company brochure cost?

Quick answer: For single pieces, Keryx Design prices start at 170 euros for a business card and at 280-330 euros for flyers and postcards. For brochures and catalogs the price depends on page count and goal: introducing the company takes less work than a piece designed to generate leads, where you need an offer, a structure and proof. For an exact number on your case: company brochures and catalogs.

Single piece and brochure: two quotes with different logic

A flyer has a clear perimeter: one format, one message, one delivery. A brochure grows with the pages and with the work on the starting material: text to reorganize, photos to source, products to catalog. That is why a serious number comes after two questions: how many pages and to do what.

Printing always stays outside the design quote: it is paid at the print shop and depends on print run, paper and format. Be wary of totals that hide it inside.

"Well made" means something happens after the reader is done

Most brochures introduce the company: history, values, the full range. That is a legitimate choice, and it costs less.

A brochure designed to generate leads adds elements that take extra work: a concrete offer, a structure that walks the reader toward action, proof that makes the promise credible, a reason to contact you now. If your current brochure ends up in the client's drawer without producing calls, the explanation is in why my brochure gets no clients.

Three hundred copies, 37 requests: what the higher price buys

An example from our archive. A three-fold brochure designed by Keryx Design with a precise job: getting recontacted by the companies that received it. Inside there were an offer, a clear call to action and a reason to reply.

REAL CASE
37 qualified requests from roughly 300 copies distributed to B2B companies. Each request is a company that reached out to ask for more.

A project like this costs more than a presentation folder, because the heavy lifting comes before the design: understanding who receives the piece and what they should do after reading it. The right math comes at the end: what a qualified request is worth against your price list.

What the quote must spell out

  • Pages and format, with the number of concepts and revisions included
  • Who writes the text: whether you bring it or the project includes it
  • Deliverable files: print-ready PDF and open source files
  • Support with the print shop: print quotes, file checks, color proofs
  • Delivery date in writing

These line items apply to any design work: you will find them explained in how much does a designer cost. On timing: with Keryx Design a flyer moves in 3-4 business days; for substantial brochures the date is set in the quote, in writing.

The details you only discover once the quote is signed

Is printing included? Almost never, and rightly so: the print shop is chosen based on print run and budget. A serious designer helps you request print quotes and checks the files before they go to press.

Who writes the text? The most underrated point: a brochure that has to generate leads lives on text written for the person reading it. Davide Filippini was a copywriter before becoming a designer: if the text is missing, the project can include it. Clearing this up early avoids the quote that doubles midway.

How many revisions are included? The quote must say so with a number. "Unlimited revisions" sounds generous and usually signals a process with no method.

Decide the job of the brochure before you ask the price: introducing the company and generating leads are two different projects, with two different quotes.

The first step to a number on your case

If you want to understand what your brochure would need before you spend, start with the Feasibility Analysis: for $147 we review material and goal and tell you in writing what we would do, at what cost and with what realistic expectations. If the project goes ahead, the $147 is deducted from the deposit.
