A wrong logo isn't ugly. It's a filter that drives away your best clients. How much is it costing you?

You've built a serious business. Satisfied clients, real expertise, concrete results. But every time your brand meets the market, something doesn't add up. Your logo communicates less than what you are. And the clients you want, the ones willing to pay what you're worth, scroll past without even stopping.

It's not an aesthetic problem. It's a positioning problem. And it's solved with a method, not a flash of inspiration.

The wrong logo costs you clients. Every day. Silently.

Picture this. A potential client searches for you on Google. Opens your website. In less than 3 seconds, their brain has already decided whether you're a serious professional or just another one of many. They don't read the copy. They don't check the prices. They look at the logo, the colors, the visual consistency.

If what they see says "small, improvised, generic," the tab closes. That client will never call you. You'll never know you lost them. And the irony is, you might have been the best choice on the market.

The cost of a wrong identity doesn't show up on any invoice. But it's there. And it accumulates every day.

Three mistakes that burn credibility. In order of severity.

The €200 logo

It was fine to get started. But now that your business has grown, that logo makes you look like the version from three years ago. The clients you want to attract, the ones with real budgets, notice it. They won't tell you. They simply choose someone who "looks" more established.

The creative agency

Pinterest moodboards, trendy fonts, pastel palettes. The result is something aesthetically pleasing that says nothing specific about you. It doesn't stand out, it's not memorable, it doesn't position. They sold you art. Not strategy.

The AI generator

An algorithm doesn't know who you are, what makes you different, why your best clients choose you. By definition, it produces average. And "average" in a competitive market means invisible. An AI-generated logo is the fastest way to look identical to everyone else.

The 5M Method. Five phases for an identity that works.

We don't start with the logo. We start with your market. The logo is the last step, not the first.

Phase 1

Market

We analyze your positioning, your direct competitors, and how your ideal client perceives the industry. Before touching a pencil, we know exactly where you need to be in your market's mind.

Phase 2

Pencil

Pencil sketches on paper. Dozens of variations, not the usual 3 proposals and "pick the one you like." We explore as many options as needed until the concept truly works.

Phase 3

Monochrome

The logo is developed in black and white. If it works without color, it works everywhere. We verify readability at small sizes (favicon, stamp, business card), balance of shapes, and typographic choice.

Phase 4

Mood

Only after the structure is solid do we add colors and patterns. The palette isn't "the one you like." It's the one that positions your brand correctly relative to the market analyzed in Phase 1.

Phase 5

Materials

The identity comes to life on real-world applications: business card, social media, letterhead, email signature. Not a logo in a PDF. A visual system ready to use from the day of delivery.

Each phase builds on the previous one. Skipping a step means building on fragile foundations.

Want to know which package is right for you?

Everlogo is for those who mean business.

Who it's for:

Has an established business with real clients (not just an idea on paper)

Knows the logo isn't decoration but the first point of contact with the market

Wants to stop competing on price and start being chosen for their value

Is willing to invest 3-4 weeks in a structured process

Measures design by how much it helps the business, not by how "pretty" it is

Who it's not for:

Is testing an idea without commitment. A Canva logo is perfectly fine for you, for now.

Wants a "nice" logo without caring about strategic positioning

Is looking for the lowest price possible. We're not the right choice and we don't pretend to be.

Is in a rush to wrap up in 3 days. The 5M Method takes time because it works.

I accept a maximum of 2 Everlogo projects per month to guarantee the quality of the 5M Method.

The guarantee is in the method.

Unlimited revisions on every phase of the 5M Method. We don't stop until it's right. Not "right for us." Right for your positioning, right for your market, right for the clients you want to attract.

If after the initial strategic session (Phase 1: Market) you feel we're not aligned on the direction, we refund 100% of the deposit. No questions, no penalties.

We don't do this out of generosity. We do it because in 17 completed brands, it has never happened. The 5M Method works precisely because the first phase eliminates misunderstandings before they become problems.

“Too expensive.”

It depends on what you compare it to. Let's do the math.

€700

Less than 2 euros a day for a year. For an identity you'll use on every touchpoint of your business: website, social, business cards, proposals, emails. The €200 Fiverr logo gets replaced after 18 months because it doesn't hold up. With Everlogo Base, you won't touch it for years.

€1,500

Just one extra client who chooses you because your brand "looks serious" and the investment is paid off. This isn't theory: when your image communicates your real value, you stop having to justify your prices and start closing deals you used to lose.

€3,500

Less than you'd spend over the next 3 years on separate interventions: a logo here, a template there, a "refresh" of the social profiles. The Premium is a complete system with a 6-month audit. Not a recurring cost: an investment that eliminates all the subsequent ones.

The real cost isn't what you pay for Everlogo. It's what you're paying right now, every day, for an identity that isn't working for you.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the process take?

3 to 4 weeks for Base and Standard, 4-5 weeks for Premium. It depends on the speed of feedback. The 5M Method has sequential phases: you don't move to the next one until the previous one is approved.

Do I have to pay everything upfront?

No. 50% at project start, 50% on delivery. All prices are VAT included (flat-rate tax regime). Payment via bank transfer.

What if I don't like the proposal?

Revisions are unlimited on every phase of the 5M Method. It rarely happens: Phase 1 (Market) aligns expectations and direction before designing anything. By the time we get to the logo, the path is already clear for both of us.

What happens after delivery?

You receive all source files (vector + web) and the Brand Book with usage guidelines. The Standard and Premium packages include an alignment session. Premium also includes the 6-month audit.

Why Keryx and not a bigger agency?

At an agency, you talk to an account manager, the brief goes to an art director, then to a junior. The result is a game of telephone. With Keryx, you work directly with Davide Filippini, who is both the strategist and the designer. Zero intermediaries.

My current logo isn't terrible. Do I really need Everlogo?

Take the quiz at the top of the page. If your logo is already working for you, the quiz will tell you. If instead you feel a disconnect between the value of what you do and how you appear to the market, you're probably right.
